Shop Manager Alina at Get-Connected in Hereford provided me with brilliant service! On many occasions she helped me sort out the technical issues with my old phone and finally guided me in finding a new device that fit my budget perfectly. I want to give a huge thank you to Alina, the store manager in Hereford, for her service in helping me find the best phone contract for my new iPhone. I was in a tough spot after unrepairably breaking my phone while still being under contract with O2, and O2 showed no empathy or flexibility regarding the situation. Thankfully, Alina went above and beyond to understand my predicament and managed to find me a deal that fit my budget, even though I still had to pay off my old contract. Her customer service was far superior to anything I experienced with O2, and I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. Alina, you made what seemed like an impossible situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you for your help.

I had an excellent experience at the Get-Connected Hereford store, thanks to Alina. She helped me with my phone contract and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I?m not very tech-savvy, so she kindly assisted me in transferring all my data from my old phone to the new one. Alina made sure I understood everything and made the whole experience stress-free. Her exceptional customer service skills are truly an asset to your company. I?m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to others!

UDATE......after nearly a week of being on talkmobile (through the help of staff member Joe) it has been great. It's speedy and excellent signal/service. Previous network took forever to even send a text msg!Have had no issues whatsoever ?Very helpful and informative Lovely service and will defo be returning for future phones deals.
