The staff were very helpful & courteous after a bad experience staying elsewhere we booked it at Foyles for the rest of our stay in Wales. Booked for a table of 7 for Sunday Lunch after being recommended. It took well over half an hour before our food order was taken and another half an hour before food came. The staff kept mixing 2 tables up and delivered some of our deserts to the wrong table who started eating so another delay. No one asked if we wanted more drinks and we had to go and find someone to take desert order after they cleared the table. Mains were missing items and extra gravy we asked for never turned up. Some items not cooked very well and small Cauliflower Cheese pots had separated so overall not the best experience. Felt like our section was forgotten about the whole visit. Close to 3 hrs for lunch by the time we left!

Very warm welcome, beautiful rooms, perfect food, friendly professional service- one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The food was first rate, presented well and executed to the highest level. Will definitely return. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Restaurant review:
We were staying nearby and came to eat at this restaurant for 3 evenings. The food was super tasty. Top cuisine with a nice menu. Quality for a national restaurant far above standard. Prices very affordable, quiet location. Service could be a little better, but I suspect some searching for staff during holidays. All in all great - don't hesitate.
