I dropped in to buy 100 euros - the young man serving insisted I needed £100 worth of euros which I declined and insisted I wanted 100 euros. He drank from a 2Ltr bottle of pop and chatted to the girl at the next till throughout about personal matters , didn?t actually look at me and was dressed very scruffily - grubby untucked white shirt , tie loose and poorly knotted. Did not present at all professionally.

Lass I ordered from was very helpful and pleasant - completely undone by the lass who then issued me the money I'd ordered - she was abrupt, unhelpful, clearly didn't want to be there. Virtually 'demanded' my ID, no pleasantries/politeness, and then threw an envelope, with over £1400 worth of foreign currency in it, under the shield to me expecting me just to accept it was all there! Stood there, under the CCTV, and counted it out myself.
