Highly recommended!! I walked in hopeless not knowing what to do with a knotted necklace and Katie only went and fixed it for me while I carried on shopping. Upon my return I was given the necklace in a box, cleaned and looking as new for FREE! Rare these days. Brilliant customer service and I wasn?t even a customer !!

There aren?t enough words to say how thankful and appreciative we are to the staff at Hereford Ernest Jones, with a special mention to store manager Helen, who went above and beyond! After experiencing a burglary in our home, Helen searched high and low to find my original wedding ring as it was discontinued and we finally got it! We couldn?t be more grateful to Helen and all those that helped! It means so much that someone would go to these lengths. Helen, you?re an angel!
