I visited Dunelm Hereford 3 Aug to exchange a faulty lamp. Whilst there I purchased an additional lamp which the lady staff member (Angela R) was so helpful and professional in assisting me - really excellent customer service - thanks Angela R. To do the exchange of goods I had forgot my receipt so my card was checked on the system (Angela R) to the customer rescue again - top customer service
Also huge thank you to Dayne for assisting at the checkout again top customer service provided

Toilets ok, not the cleanest. But overall staff are lovely and helpful, most of the time they have what I need, but sometimes things aren?t labelled clearly enough, that?s manufacture issue though not this stores.
Cafe is always busy and doesn?t seem to expensive.

It has some beautiful products, I was looking in particular for quilt sets, which I did buy. Also visited the Pausa cafe there, lovely staff. Love the cheese scones, my friend had a fruited teacake which she said was divine.

Joseph was amazing with my 83 year old mum. So patient. We were successful in purchasing curtains, poles, blinds of the correct size and type and left with plenty of advice for fitting.
