Sandra was brilliant. I have complex health issues and the amount of mattresses I?ve tried is stupid. From the time we walked into the store she listened and helped us with what we needed. She is very knowledgable.
We had my dog with us because she literally won?t leave my side. For the 1st time ever she went with Sandra around the store and sat nicely while we tried out the various options. Completely unheard of.

As I entered nervous a lovely women called sandy ( I?m hoping I got the correct name ) came to me and helped me find a bed that I liked told me everything I needed to know let me try the beds out and as we sat asked me if I?d like a cold drink as we sorted everything out, so for a first time buyer of a bed I?d recommend dreams and to definitely talk to the worker

We had a lovely welcome from Chris when we entered the store. We explained we wanted to buy a new mattress. Chris then took us over to the Sleep Match Machine, so it could work out which mattress would be suitable. When this was complete Chris told us to select a pillow of our choice from a collection by the machine. She then took us to a number of mattresses so we could lie down with the pillow and test the comfort level. After we made our selection, Chris offered us a cup of tea or coffee. She was very knowledgeable on the products and very friendly. We paid for the mattress and £39 for delivery. We left the store feeling happy with our choice. I would have given 5*, but when I got home I went on the website and realised we could have opted for free delivery to the doorstep. We would have chosen this option as we live in a bungalow with easy access to the bedroom and saved a bit of money. Unfortunately we were not told of this service. Apart from that everything else was very good.

Excellent service by Leo, very thorough and patient yet shocked at the delivery times in this day and age, for the amount I paid having to wait 3 weeks to get it it's unacceptable

Went into Dreams in Hereford and was greeted by a lady called Chris she was very polite with no hard sale tac tics at all we had a look round and she asked us if we would like to do a sleep match to which we agreed got the results and she showed us 3 matresses we were that impressed we decided to buy a new bed frame as well she even made my wife and i a cup of tea great service from a lovely lady

I was greeted by a lady whose name was Sandy and we soon started speaking beds specifically mattresses. I had a go on the machine that told me I needed a soft touch mattress. Sandy showed me three or four different types and I thought she was very knowledgeable about the products. I was offered tea, coffee. Sandy explained the pricing and delivery, I was very impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of Dreams. I highly recommend them

Hereford dreams. Staff we so friendly, easy to talk to, and knew their stuff. I dealt with Lorna, she was so nice, showed me a range of mattresses that would suit me after my mattress analysis (really relaxing btw). She could do enough to help me, when I finally decide which mattress to go for, she explained everything so clear, and had a nice cup of coffee made for me. The other two ladies by her were also really kind, and made me feel at ease. Best thing I?ve done, wake up in the Mornings feeling refreshed, less aches ?. Thank you Lorna. Tom
