Unfortunately after years of using Doughty's in town and the warehouse I encountered a very unpleasant trip there on Saturday afternoon. Where I walked in and whilst walking through a member of staff decided to barge past me without hesitating to let the customer (me) past first. Then once I gathered all the ribbon I needed I stood waiting for it to be measured. The same nasty staff member was beind the place they measure knowing I was there and ignored me. Then after a while a lady showed up next to me, the nasty staff member turned around and served this lady next to me even though I had been waiting a while!!! Fine I said to myself, I will wait next no big deal. But after the nasty staff member had stopped serving this lady she proceeded back to the computer. RUDE! Finally a lovely other staff member who I have been served by before came and asked if I was being served, I said in a stern voice "no I'm not actually" - the nasty lady turning around looking me in the eye at this point. I go to the till and tell the lovely staff member who finally served me and she apologised. The nasty staff members name didn't shock me, her name - Karen and I will be looking forward to an apology because she knew what she was doing. I think she needs to learn some manners with serving customers.

This is a cosplay/costume maker?s dream. I am very pedantic when it comes to colour matching for designs I want to make, if I had visited here first I could have saved dragging my poor husband around four or five other fabric stores. The variety is extensive and impeccably well organised.I was surprised to see the amount of traditional Japanese print they have, quite possibly the largest collection I have seen outside of Kyoto/Tokyo.The friendliness of the team here is commendable, we will certainly return again soon.

Package arrived 3 days after being ordered (shipped to Northern Ireland which is faster than usual). Package contained exactly what I ordered and cannot complain about the quality of fabric. Will definitely use again when necessary!
