I absolutely love this salon. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile, all the staff are lovely and friendly and you are made to feel so welcome.The treatment list has a lot to offer and it's very reasonably priced. I've had various treatments there and they have all been amazing. So much so, that Tanya (my usual therapist) tailors my massage to focus on the area that needs attention and really listens to what I need. Best massage I've ever had!!The salon itself is impecable. It's always clean, beautiful products on display and very professional without making you feel uncomfortable. Never once have I been "recommended" or bullied into buying any of the products from there, which I have with most salons I've been to.I always look forward to going here whether its for a quick bit of waxing or to have a bit more pampering. I always leave feeling totally relaxed, refreshed and like I have been treated to luxurious indulgence.Absolutely amazing!!

Over the years, I have been to various beauticians across Herefordshire and Diamond exceeds them all in terms of value, client care and the standard of the treatments.I have never felt rushed and have always considered every treatment (I am slowly making my way through their entire treatment list) I have had to be exceptional value for money (and I would know... I used to live in central London so have paid way over the odds for treatments in the past).Tanya and her team are incredibly professional and you are always made to feel very welcome... I always look forward to a Saturday afternoon at Diamond... I simply cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had a fantastic massage here yesterday. Went in advising of a very bad tansion problem I was having in my shoulder and the relief in my shoulder since the massage has been amazing. I also have my eyebrows done here and would never go anywhere else.The atmosphere in this salon is lovely and the staff are friendly and accommodating and always very professional and welcoming.There is an extensive list of treatments available and I have treated myself to the odd facial and Indian head massage in the past. I always enjoy any treatment I have here.

I have been having my treatments done at Diamond now for around 5 years or more and the reason I religiously come back and rebook before leaving the salon is easy! Tanya and the rest of the lovely team at Diamond are experts at everything they do.
