Very poor. Ordered a new bed and mattress with a two week delivery, which was fine. Both arrived damaged and filthy, we refused the delivery (advised by the delivery driver). We then called DFS to ask what the plan was for redelivery, they said they couldn't help and that another team would need to call us back, which will be within 72hrs. In the meantime our baby was born premature, we're now desperate for the bed. We called every day for 8 days, each time to be told that someone will be in touch, we heard nothing back. We then decided to cancel the order, called the DFS team, to be told that we have to wait for a call back to cancel and that someone will be in touch within 72hrs...

A smaller DFS but still a lot on display. The sales team were helpful but not pushy, didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything. Lots of varying options and price points, well worth a look, unless after a special model then you might need a bigger store.

I think I must share my experience to protect future customers if I can .
Please do not order directly from the store. DFS customer service dosnt exist.
I have a problem with the sofa is ordered and they try to convince me that because I ordered it from the store NOT Online I don't have any rights... this is not true anyway.
Please ALWAYS pay for the sofa with your credit card This way you are protected by Suction 75 .
Always communicate with DFS vie emails. Till today I had more then 5 phone call and everyone tells me that I can't do anything. This is not true don't give up .
Again send email to them for your reference with the complaint and wait for their reply.
If DFS don't want to do anything simple log a claim with your credit card provider and the ombudsman.
Don't give up you have rights .
Really disappointed from DFS
Unfortunately can't order from Harvey's anymore as they don't exist. Their customer service was brilliant.
One's again don't give up and chase your rights
All sorted now but remember you need to be hard don't give up push them and let them know that you know your rights as a customer ?

I spoke to a confident yet lovely young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without having to check with a colleague. She wasn't pushy at all, just really helpful. The showroom was clean, tidy and well laid out and there was plenty of parking. A very pleasant experience.

A well known store brand with good stock levels of furniture.Prices are offered to suit all budgets and in lots of different design furniture.Good opening hours so you should always be able to get in to browse or buy.

Absolutely awful!!Had a top of the range(Falcon) leather two seater recliner sofa....nothing but problems with the padding which reduced to nothing on one side. Four visits, two paddings which ruined the look and shape of the sofa. A replacement sofa was provided and the same defect has occurred. We have been advised after a further visit and by a call from the Cheltenham manager that there is nothing wrong with the manufacture of the sofa and it just needs extra padding again!!!! In the mean time we have suffered the miscomfort of the sofa and hit the frame every time we sit on it.DFS have refused to give us a refund as they maintain there is nothing wrong with the sofa but they want to come and refill it.Do not recommend anybody to buy this product or rely on service rectification.
