Very poor. Ordered a new bed and mattress with a two week delivery, which was fine. Both arrived damaged and filthy, we refused the delivery (advised by the delivery driver). A smaller DFS but still a lot on display. The sales team were helpful but not pushy, didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything. Lots of varying options and price points, well worth a look, unless after a special model then you might need a bigger store.
