I was in a rush due to the time restrictions of needing the suit for the next day. In my search of finding a sales assistant for some help I came across Katie. Katie was very kind, friendly and approachable and offered to help me swiftly. I managed to find all items I needed and was greeted my Katie back at the till. Katie took the time to talk to me, which isn’t always that common anymore, this helped with calming my nerves and anxiety over the situation.
