I bought a freezer and had to carry it out from the first floor myself. When I asked why they wouldn?t help me carry it to the car, the answer was that they didn?t have enough staff to do this.

It was as is often found rubbish with staff who have no idea about customer rights. It makes me laugh, I don't know if they are without knowledge or have been told what to say by a person without knowledge.

Would give 0 if I could. Went in with some friends looking for a tv and sound system for our new house, said we didn?t want help as we were happy looking on our own, one woman followed us around the whole shop staring at us angrily whilst going on about closing time which was still 10 mins away. This completely put us off buying, nice one (Short woman with glasses).

Have been in twice in the last couple of weeks to buy an iPad but haven?t been approached once by staff even though I have spent 10mins deliberating both times. Both times I walked out and will probably buy online now. Useless and incompetent staff who are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than doing their job, go elsewhere for customer service!

Carphone warehouse and curry?s merged 4 years ago and still their systems are not merged. Or that is how it appears. If you buy mobile device or accessories you have to deal with a carphone person (with a curry?s shirt on) vs a curry?s person. This means waiting in 2 places. Odd. In our case this means being completely ignored by 1 employee until another asked that person to help. Again odd.
It feels like a very low service model, with few people around to assist and little proactively by some of the people that are around. This is ok, but you will have to know what you want before you go and still wait a bit.

A friend and I went into Curry?s Hereford Store both wanting to buy Laptops after waiting half an hour to speak to a member of staff to then be told that member of staff would need to get another to help and another 20 minutes later we left! No one came to see us, dreadful customer service!

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered orange hot chocolate that didn't taste of orange at all. The server happily did everything she could to remedy this. I ended up having a white chocolate made with coconut that was divine. I only knocked a star off for the ?.

If I could give no stars I would. Nathan in the Hereford curry store who works on the care bar needs to be sent on training to improve his customer service. He is rude and aggressive in his manners. Deeply saddened by my experience in store. Going to lodge a formal complaint, and cancel my care and repair policy as it?s a waste of money.
Lucky for us Dyson customer service were excellent and replacement faulty part is on its way.
