Nice place to go but personally I won't be going back with my kids, food was nice but wouldn't say it was worth what we paid was waiting a long time for staff to come and take our order when it was only us and two other groups in there.
Food took a while to come aswell
This is a place for adults and not really a family restaurant

Stopped here completely randomly, received prompt service as soon as we entered. The staff were friendly and approachable.
Food was absolutely amazing, I even complimented the chef on how good it was.
Could have easily spent hours relaxing in luxurious seats

Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The staff were unprofessional and treated us in a disrespectful manner. They seemed disinterested and were not attentive to our needs. Basic courtesy was completely lacking throughout our visit.
In addition to the terrible service, the food was also very disappointing. The dishes we ordered were cold, lacked flavor, and did not match the descriptions on the menu. It was far from what we expected, especially considering the prices.
Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant. I do not plan to return, and I will not be recommending your restaurant to others unless there are serious improvements in both service and food quality.

10/07/2025 - Steph was wonderful. She made us feel welcome and nothing was too much to ask. She immediately stepped in when a couple of issues were appearing and just exuded calm and professionalism, and genuinely cared the whole night. Izzy who was on our bar was kind, positive and worked her socks off. She was amazing to us all. On possibly the hottest night, both employees were amazing at undertaking their roles and supported us having an amazing evening. We're coming back just for them and the beautiful food and drink!

Wonderful place to step away from the hustle and bustle of Hereford town centre. Situated on the outskirts of the main city centre shopping area, it is a haven of comfort, nice drinks, and good food. Spend a lunchtime, get breakfast or have an evening out and I am sure you will be well received and looked after. Discovering this place recently have been a delight, and now I frequently pop in for coffee or even better a fabulous brunch. There is a small outside area, and the bar area is plush and cozy. Rooms on the ground floor and upstairs are where food is ordered and served, although I am sure you could eat in the bar also if you wished. Try it out. I feel sure you will like the ambience.

Stunning venue, drink prices are extortionate, dining is hit and miss and rate them only slightly above wetherspoons for food quality.

We visited Cosy Club in Hereford with our little dog few weeks back and had an amazing experience. Luke who was serving us went above and beyond when adjusting our order and making the cocktails. ???? We had flat iron steaks which were perfectly done. Great evening! The entire team were great and we had a great evening! Thank you!
