Cannot praise this salon enough ,they fitted me in without having to pre-book and Esther did a fantastic job styling my hair exactly how I wanted it .Will definitely be making Esther my regular hair dresser.?

The lady who did my hair was very nice and talkative. She did not cut my hair the length I wanted it she cut of about 2 inches when I asked for 7 inches to be cut off. She didn?t do a very good job as she cut my hair wonky and sprayed hairspray in my eyes. Normally your service is really good but I was very disappointed with my visit. I?m having to go somewhere else to fix my hair, never coming back here.

Mum of two, with 7 & 8 yr old boys,oldest being on the low scale of autism. Discovered we couldn?t get the boys hair cut until 130 which I declined as I was in a rush an wanted ASAP hair cuts. I couldn?t get anywhere else and they kindly excepted us at the original time. We arrived approx 7 mins early to overhear an alarming conversation regarding baby twins left to over heat and die by their father in a car whilst he went to work an forgot they were there, in America.. by the client and hairdresser in which one stated ? it?s laughable.? Another conversation was about a client becoming aggressive with regards to how a restaurant had treated young families! Which resulted in the hairdresser goading the client into taking action stating ? I like a bit of drama?. To be fair this was probably a bit of banter but my kids didn?t understand this and was subjected to these inappropriate conversations. The lady who cut there hair did a reasonably good job, although didn?t seem to have much conversation with kids and once I tried to explain what sort of cut I wanted.... she replied, Perhaps you should go to a barbers! I consider myself a nice person but due to my experience today I wouldn?t go back even if it were free, although the receptionist was genuinely lovely ?
