Awful service! Waited 10minutes to be served to then be told the shop was closing in 5minutes time, so didn't have time to measure childs feet. I didn't want feet measured and knew the exact shoe and size we wanted.
Won't be returning here again!

Came into Clarks over Easter for school shoes. We were served by Lily who was a great help and was wonderful with my children, especially when it could have been a very stressful situation. We all left very happy and with brand new school shoes. Thank you Lily

Awsome customer service by DanielWe did end up getting 2 pairs online. We came in last sat to get my daughters first measurements for her feet. Thank you so much to Katie (Hereford branch) who was so helpful today when I took my 2 year old in for a measure. She was patient with us and measured twice to make sure she had it right. My boy was super shy but came out with a pair of shoes he loves.
