Went to the pharmacy today to ask for some advice on some insect bites. I spoke to the pharmacy staff and was checked by the pharmacist within 5 minutes. Really impressed with the service! Thank you for your help!

I popped in today on the off chance looking for a beauty product that sadly seems to be discontinued by the Brand. The lovely Guerlain consultant acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, happy to help, put me at ease, she had a wonderful demeanour and very knowledgeable about her products, took time with me and helped me find the perfect product. Absolutely made my day. I will certainly return to get my products from here, my only regret is having stopped going to Chave and Jacksons in the first place. Certainly a huge asset to Chaves and Guerlain.

Rude patronising staff. Tried to enter the pharmacy for a prescription to be refused entry as I did not have a mask on when it was clear I had a exemption badge on. Which I even showed the staff. You would think pharmacy staff would be more understanding about hidden disabilities. As I wasn't able to enter the store someone had to bring me my medication outside and they then further embarrassed me by asking what my mask exemption is. !!!

Visited for pharmacy - a lady came across from the main shop floor and spoke to me in what I felt was a patronising manner, ultimately saying she wasn?t able to give me the OTC tablets I?d asked for and that I needed to speak to my doctor instead. I felt quite looked down upon. Waited for Boots pharmacist to return and they gave me tablets straight away after asking necessary questions. Wouldn?t return.

lazy staff in both pharmacy and shop - couldn't even be bothered to check for a product I asked for. It ws surprising that they had not heard of what I wanted but then said they did not have it! (how do you know you don't have it if you don't even know what it is) checking the computer would see if it was available, but they couldn't be bothered. All I got was a heavily made up woman looking at me like I had two heads. I checked on line and they do stock it! and is very expensive - I hope their manager doesn't read this post - or maybe I do....

This is THE BEST chemist and pharmacy EVER. You can get anything you need, it's beautifully decorated and the staff are all brilliant.
