We stayed here as part of a wedding party. The hotel is very well located in the city and on the river, with stunning rooms and really helpful staff. The breakfasts were excellent as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms: We hired the whole hotel and every room is absolutely beautiful and individual.

Such an elegant hotel!!! First rate quality and attention to detail. Breakfast out on the patio is relaxing. Perfect way to start the day.
Rooms: We are in the guest house on the 3rd floor. There are many stairs to climb so please try to pack lightly! The town view is marvelous. The room is small but has an elegant feel and we are comfortable. Street view is lovely.
Walkability: Many restaurants and shopping and a glorious cathedral all at your doorstep yet it's quiet.
Food & drinks: Don't miss breakfast! Especially the delicious full Hereford.

Castle House is a regular place to visit for a quiet drink or to take friends.
The garden bar is delightful, with wonderful staff.
For a peaceful oasis to have a drink I can?t recommend it highly enough.

Went on Monday Bank Holiday with wife, daughter and large black greyhound. Such a relaxing garden setting , beautiful cakes and the young man at reception was perfect , all drinks etc brought promptly and even a bowl of water for the hound. Just a lovely place.

My nephew, his partner and myself enjoyed coffee and cake on the terrace of this gorgeous restaurant/ breakfast room.The sunshine was perfect as we enjoyed the ambience and tranquility sitting right near the pond, looking out to The Fosse.The lady serving us inside was very polite and pleasant.The coffee was very good and my nephew and partner declared the rhubarb cake absolutely perfect.I don?t know why it took me so long to enjoy coffee here amongst the tranquility- it was the first time we had enjoyed the terrace.
