Bought engagement and wedding rings from here 10 years ago, all are amazing quality. I pop in occasionally to get our rings cleaned and polished and always met with friendly staff. I had a piece of jewellery repaired, collected it today and it?s perfect! Amazing how quickly they repaired it. Great staff and great service!

Exceptional craftsmanship from Colin and Tina. Several years ago my Partner purchased my engagement ring from C V Osborne and within the last few weeks we designed and collected our individually crafted wedding rings and could not be happier.Both of our families have bought jewelry from Colin for 20+ years and I can absolutely see why!Colin and Tina pay such intricate attention to detail on what is requested and produce exceptional results I have also had sentimental jewelry repaired by Colin and he has, as always, produced fantastic results.

Last week I travelled over 100 miles to Hereford, specifically so I could visit this jewellers. Having spoken to one of the owners, Colin, a few years before, I knew that he was the only person that I could trust to do a very intricate repair to my Celtic wedding ring. Having received the reconstructed ring through the post today, I am bowled over by the quality of the workmanship - the ring now looks better than it did when it was first made (by a different jeweller)! I cannot recommend the jewellers enough and would happily travel to them again.

Excellent service. We brought my new husbands wedding ring and they also kindly engraved both mine and his to match, and even polished my engagement ring for me. We got married amongst the Covid uncertainty around christmas time, and the ladies in the shop were so calming and really went the extra mile to make me feel better. What an amazing service, and team, and great quality. I would highly recommend.

Put simply, don't go anywhere else, only go here. I had my late fathers ring, which I didn't wanted to leave with anyone because of the sentimental value and Tina assured me it would be secure and safe. I had a new half shank added, re sized, new claw, cleaned and valued. I am so happy with what they have done, the quality of work and their genuine approach. Thank you guy!
