Visited for first time. Love it! Great atmosphere, lovely food, friendly staff - Rosie really nice and helped us with the menu. Will definitely come again. Would def recommend if a good burger and fries is your thing.

Just had quite simply the best Gluten free Burger and Fries I've had since I've been caeliac. (Diagnosed 2021)
I checked out Burger Shop Hereford online and the reviews thankfully helped me select this place (visiting for the day) the staff asked if I was caeliac and were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt so normal as a customer (if you know- you know!) I ordered there fan favourite the Hereford Beef and it didn't disappoint. All fillings were Gluten free and the bun held up well too. They prepare all Gluten free separately and have separate fryers for their fries which quite frankly were up there with the best I've had, so Crispy and fluffy and also came with a Roast Garlic Mayonnaise which was naughty ?. This is made fresh on the premises. If you live in this area or nearby you must visit, it won't disappoint and there's no allergy flags in your food and no feeling different. ?

The best burger i have had, EVER! And i truly mean that. It blows Five Guys, Shake Shack, McDonald?s, Burger King, right out the water, in fact, it?s in a league of it?s own.
The decor of the restaurant is sleek and modern, which is my preferred style for this sought of establishment.
The staff were excellent and on the ball. Very well trained and knowledgeable of the menu.
And the clear star of the show, the delicious, succulent, juicy burger. Words cannot emphasise how good this really was. It literally was love at first bite, heaven on a plate, it was phenomenally beyond this world, this galaxy, THIS UNIVERSE!
But with all jokes aside, i loved every minute that we spent chatting in this cosy, warm establishment.
From the decor to the service to the food, would i recommend this place? Without a shadow of doubt i will. You must, must come here because you are seriously missing out on top quality food for what i would consider a reasonable price. If I could give it a 10/10, i would. But for the sake of the review, it?s 5/5+
Vegetarian options: Despite being an establishment that primarily sells meat-based food produce, There is a decent range of vege based dishes available on the menu for you to choose from. Including a few sides, as well.
Dietary restrictions: There are clearly labelled food items on the menu that state they?re gluten-free. I do think the servers might ask if you have any specific allergies, but do correct me if i?m wrong.
Parking: It?s hard to categorise this because there is paid parking available, but just not for this restaurant, just down the road.
Kid-friendliness: I couldn?t see why not to bringing your children here?

It was quiet when I went between midday and 1pm, and for a while had the Burger Shop to myself! A delightful member of the management team was minding the shop as staff were busy in the separate restaurant next door. Very pleasant service with a huge smile and chatty, too, and as I live on my own, chat was much appreciated, even though she was busy with a mound of paperwork as well as serving.
I had the Hereford Beef burger, with skin on fries, with an ipa shandy.
My mouth is watering just thinking about the experience, I?m not joking? I have never tasted such a delicious burger like this before. It?s the sum taste of all the ingredients that blend together so well that makes it so memorable. Some say a burger is a burger, tip enough ketchup on it and it?s the best - but no! It?s not. These guys know - they?ve taken the common burger and made theirs from grass fed Hereford prime beef, and NOTHING else tastes like that . A wonderful experience I can?t wait to repeat, hopefully with company next time ? Thank you for making my first visit to Hereford so brilliant - I love you guys !
Parking: I looked at the nearby car parks but decided that as I had to visit the hospital and do my shopping in Morrisons not far away & go into town, I opted for Morrisons pay and display as my best deal . Although you can only park for 2.5 hrs max at a time , I opted to pay the £2.00, because you can get it back if you spend over £5.00 in store at Morrisons if you retain the refund stub. So I managed to get all done that day for £4.00, refunded by visiting Morrisons twice, and in effect parking free!

Maddie was great, burgers were small given cost, especially the kids one.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was small and no drink or anything else included.

To quote my partner of the Hereford Beef Burger: this is next to the best burger I've ever had.
Staff were friendly (Olly in particular) and we had a great meal. The rosemary salted fries are amazing.

Went for a meal tonight which was lovely. Food came out quickly, and was absolutely delicious!
