Just to echo the hundreds of other reviews on here, the staff are awful, rude and seem to get a kick out of humiliating customers. I?ve had negative experiences both in the pharmacy here and the shop, being refused prescribed medication because they were too busy to deal with me and told to go elsewhere. This needs seriously looking at by the people in charge as some employees attitudes are completely disgusting and they should not be working with the public let alone in a pharmacy.

Rude staff and poor customer care.. There was a queueing for self scanning. So I waited on helper check out with my kids for long to use a gift card... Suddenly the lady pointed to the one in self scanning queuing to come forward. There were helpers around. No one said me you cant wait there if you want to use the till. I wanted to use my gift card. Thats why I thought I will wait on a queue where there was a lady,and didnt go to self scanning queue. Rude staffs... Very rude staffs... Poor customer care.. May be its not because its a white skin they didnt bother to respect.

The worst beauty store. Very rude staff. I asked few times to give me something from the cabinet. Was waiting half hour to have a powder, because as a customer I?m not allowed to open cabinet. Still don?t have a powder.

I would like to know how many times the lift has been out of use this year. Everytime I have been into store, I am unable to use the lift as it?s always broken, with my daughter in her pushchair and the baby/kids bits are upstairs. I really don?t understand the logic!

I was extremely disappointed with the Boots store in Hereford today. I was shopping with my partially sighted mum and the store has no manned checkouts, only self service. This is not acceptable, please consider the elderly and people with disabilities. There were 2 staff supervising the 6 self service stations and several staff idly sitting at the makeup areas. People need to be served by people. Boots, find your humanity.

An OK-ish Boots. Generally it'll have what you need, though there are some Boots in smaller towns with a better product range. The pharmacy on the weekend can be a nightmare with some long queues and waits. I went for a flu vaccination today and they claimed to have no record of my order. Eventually they found me and then said the system hadn't ordered my prescription. And then they said they mislaid the key to the consultation room and were looking for it. When I asked for a refund, they said I could do it on the online system - the same system that didn't have a record of my appointment booked over a month before?! I don't know why I keep trying to get flu jabs from Boots Hereford; it's been 4 years of poor service. No more!

Went in for a colour match on foundation and the lady in the hereford branch was so friendly and sorted me out with the perfect makeup for my skin.wished I'd took her name but she has a dark bob hair cut. I'd like to say thankyou

POOR SERVICE AND JUDGEMENTAL !Due to being on maternity leave my monthly pay has decreased allowing me to have an NHS healthy start card, this doesn't give you much but is around £20 a month towards milk or fruit for the little one. After a 2 hour drive from wales to boots as this is one of the only.shops who provide my sons special organic milk with no palm oil in due to his digestive system not tolerating normal milk. I went upstairs to the baby section got what I needed and walked to the till the women then said can you not go downstairs and pay (but the tills are open), I questioned this she said she's busy. She was standing around talking woth another colleague, but ok so downstairs I went. I got to the till items all scanned and I tried to use my card as soon as I pulled out the card you could see the cashier pull a face then request me to sign which is fine. But then began questioming me aboit having proof of of a signature and refused to sell me the milk because I hadn't got another card with a signature on !!! The only the one I had was the one trying to be paid. Now I have worked in retail and you don't need another card you need the card being paid with and a signature from the person so I docnot understand why I was being questioned about my identity. The queue was building and the women asked 3 people over they still refused me baring in mind i have been using this card for months at boots with no issues. This was very embarrassing as everyone could see and here as i argued with stsff why i could not use the card to grt my son his milk!!! which is disgusting !!!!° i had to then drive another 1 hours with my son to another boots to get this milk where they accepted the card !! I even rang healthy start and enquired why this happened where the man informed me that it is down to the shop as they do not require a signature and they should only do this against the card your payimg with not question you. I think the women should be ashmed of themselves turning away a mother trying to get milk. I know this review won't go anywhere nor will anything be done but to anyone using this card. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT AND STRESS

Went in twice today. OTC not staffed, notice advised to go to prescription counter. Waited 10 minutes both times. No one came! Although staff knew we were there. I rarely shop in Boots. Never will again. So rude.

Went there for a prescription that needed four visits before the prescription was fulfilled.Also, their bargin bins seem to me to be disceptive. £1 bins with a very small "from" on the label.
