Very professional and friendly staff. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue they have been on it doing what they can to get it sorted. Appreciate everything they have done for us and would definitely recommend to a friend:)

Chris and the gang were really helpful and made it super easy for us to get some lovely tenants. 4 stars because there was an occasion where a member of staff was given info to tell us but he had forgotten it, and the lady showing people could have been a bit more enthusiastic. However nobody is perfect and I will defintely use them again and recomend them too. *A great job for a great price* Thanks Belvior :)

DOESN?T RECOMMEND???Lack of communication between staff who barely know the names of their coworkers. Inability to answer phones in a timely manner, resulting in answering service picking up. Inability to answer emails in a timely fashion and then make excuses that ?email only just came through??..6 hours after sending ! Lack of awareness and professionalism dealing with the refunding of tenants rent which was paid in advance, in good faith, when the property was sold. In short??COMPETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CONCERN FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

I can state with all honesty that Katie and the whole team have all been brilliant over the past 12 years, acting as managing agents letting out my property for me. I now need to sell, however if the house doesn?t sell for any reason, then I will definitely be back in contact with Belvoir to act as letting agents again for me. For over a decade they have provided a professional and first class service, sourcing quality tenants, and providing a great level of support in managing the property on my behalf as I live too far away to manage myself. In fact, over the 12 years, I had such confidence in Belvoir, that I didn?t feel I needed to visit my house and check for myself. I have used Belvoir to manage a property in Hereford in excess of ten years and have been very pleased with their service. They are always professional and have provided me with excellent advice on level of rents and tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Hereford to any potential landlords. I rarely ever write a review, but felt it was important for those searching with this letting agency to know the experiences I've had, which seem similar to others who have commented here.I'd emailed regarding a property, got a swift reply which was lovely, after sending a reply email, I heard nothing back. I rang up 4/5 days later, being assured I'd be contacted. Was I? No. So I emailed again, to receive no reply. This didn't look great, but presumed it would be an issue with that 1 property.I then emailed regarding 4 or 5 properties, heard back for only 1 of these, things looked promising though and I was given a viewing. Victory! 3 weeks later, my viewing was 1 day away and I receive an email from Belvoir and I quote "Good Morning, unfortunately we are going to have to cancel your viewing tomorrow. Please contact the office if you would like to view another property. Kind Regards. Belvoir"It was not good at all.

have rented twice through Belvoir Hereford, am going through the process of my third time now, everybody I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional manner, every time I have had a repair needed they have always sorted as quickly as possible. special shout out to my letting agent Chris Davies who is always a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars from me

Awful experience! End of tenancy was nothing but stressful very unhelpful and only after we moved out did they add on extra charges that could have been completely avoided if they had communicated this before! more bothered about making money through hidden charges than customer service! Extremely unprofessional and WONT be using them again AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT CHARGES ADDED ON!!

I was moving from another city into Hereford and really needed a lot of help. The folks at Belvoir, they were incredibly helpful. I ended up going with a property they hadn't listed and it's been a good while overdue for me to write the review. But, the customer service their team offered was so exceptional, I feel that motivated to write them an exemplary review and would love to work with them again in the future. A great help to the rental market :)

Belvoir simply stopped returning my calls after I left the place I was letting from them. After almost two months I've had to open a dispute with the tenancy deposit scheme in order to try to recover my deposit. They never even asked me for an amount of money, so this felt quite ridiculous, but in the end trying to get them to engage with me was just too stressful. Be wary of trusting them with your business, because they clearly don't have any respect for their tenants' time or money.
