I don?t often leave reviews but Aleks and Mark at the Barclays Hereford branch deserve a positive mention.
I visited the Hereford branch with my Father yesterday. He has mobility issues and Aleks went out of her way to help us to get Dad?s banking sorted for the day. She helped us use the machines to pay in a cheque and draw some cash out, then she sat us down at a desk with comfortable chairs and helped to answer a couple of questions Dad had.
We were really looked after and Aleks spent as much time with us as my Dad needed, she even got Dad a drink of squash before we left.
A couple of days earlier I went into the branch to ask some general questions about helping elderly parents with their banking issues and Mark sat me down and helped answer all my questions and concerns.
Exemplary personal customer service from two wonderful members of staff at Barclays Hereford. Thankyou so much.

Fascinating idea of customer service. Having closed all the surrounding branches I have to go into Hereford to pay in for our small sports club incurring fuel and parking charges. This morning arrived to find the one counter closed for a two hour?update?. Why just one counter in a city centre branch whilst all smaller more convenient branches have been closed and why for heavens sake schedule the update in the middle of the working day. No backup, no alternative, just a completely wasted visit.

The new automated machines are a welcome option. Speaking to the host directs you straight the online portal or I can?t help you have to go online or contact the supplier directly, company name: djdvvrvrvgdh ?.. the ??show room?? is empty! That?s why I?m moving to Monzo ?

I have had a problem with the bank. Went into Hereford branch and had a lady named Amanda help me. She was very understanding and helpful. She has been amazing.

no option for ZERO STARS. not deserving one! Shocking. Not only most local branches shut ... But most local now ( 15 miles journey!!!) Open for 4 hours in a week day. How bloody pathetic!!!! Appalling.
