I visited B&Q Hereford recently to find some self-adhesive cable clips. I approached a staff member for help but was simply told to “look in aisle 44” while they continued chatting with a colleague. After being unable to find the item, I asked another staff member named Fiona for assistance.
Great help by staff each visit, they have knowledge and expertise in many areas, helped me get the right stuff and even price matched some better products. Thank you!!
