ASDA always delivers a great shopping experience. The store is well-organized, the staff are friendly, and the prices are affordable. I especially appreciate the variety of fresh produce and international items available. It?s a one-stop shop for everything I need.

Had to collect some medicines which were out of stock but the first Asda pharmacist (didn't offer a name) I spoke with told me which one was available instead, so I was able to ask my GP change the medicine for the one stocked. When I telephoned the pharmacy to check if the prescription had been sent another pharmacist Aisha soon found out it had arrived was kind enough to phone back and tell me it was ready for collection which was very helpful. Plus didn't have to wait long as when I arrived there was no que. Thanks Asda Pharmacy? 5??s

I arrived at 845 with a simple, small prescription for a friend. No one else in the queue. No one done to me for 7 minutes. First thing someone said to me with 5 minutes before they closed 'we aren't doing anymore prescriptions' I begged the lady as my friend had just come out of hospital. There was no one else waiting. It was 7 tablets. I was in the store waiting. Her reply was 'we have one more prescription here to write and then we are done'. So cold and brutal.
I took the prescription to Hereford pharmacy this morning at 730am and the person there, did it in 1 minute. No joke. And it was just the pharmacist.
Asda had a pharmacist and two staff!! Awful. I won't be using this store again

They were sent an electronic prescription on friday at midday and it was still not ready 24 hours later. Avoid like the plague use another pharmacy.

Always a long queue or a long wait to find they haven't got what you want. You have to wait another 15+ minutes for a prescription they haven't prepared yet.

Dreadful waiting times, never in stock ask you to come back spent over an hr waiting twice to get the one presecription.

Will be moving where I go, this pharmacy is never with a pharmacist. There never on time or very late . The staff are all waiting to serve the public but don't can't. They then get people being rude to them.
I put my prescription in 5 says ago and was told to wait because it had not been done.
Maybe if the pharmacist turned up for work on time we wouldn't have cues, back log of prescriptions poor children crying in the cues
Several customers said this is a recurrent issue. This needs addressing

Not sure if anyone else has experience this but , I think there phone is on silent cos no one ever answerers it , 1 time a week I get through, it's not good, I have been informed that the main pharmacist keeps the phone in his pocket as he says he is not a secretary! Maybe he not but he is a pharmacist that is attempting to run a popular and somewhat busy pharmacy, that phone is a major part of that business, maybe he/she should stop complaining about the job that have chosen to have and actually have some customer service, hope this helps in some way , but I'm not optimistic ?

Gave a prescription for a drug that is difficult to obtain straight away so gave my number to call if they were having difficulties. No call after 2 weeks so tried calling and waited 45 mins before I put the phone down as no answer. When I went to see if it was in, and hopefully collect, they said they had it and needed signing off by pharmacist. Went back 1hr later and they didn?t actually have it. 2 1/2 weeks I waited no comms and no drugs. Absolute shambles. Lucky it wasn?t life and death

I have had to wait 10 days for a medication and when they did have it on an owing prescription they said I was not a priority and had to wait another hour or come back the next day because they were busy

This place must be shut down.
Have a antibiotic prescription through SignaturePX . After checking online i can confirm that they CAN issue the medicines as they are registered to issue this prescriptions .
The pharmacist working today 22.02.2025 didn't have any respect to me Even After I should him the email with the prescription with all instructions he wasn't interested to help. ......
In the email is number that he can call and get advice to issue the medicines unfortunately he wasn't interested ?
I really don't know why this kind of people are employed ? as clearly they don't want to do any work .
Asda wake up and change something od shut this place ......
