My first time using the store since they made some significant changes. Electrical payments only and customers need an email for their receipt, this may not please everyone. Situated in Sainsbury's so plenty of parking, shopping trollies and toilet facilities available.

Just went in to buy a printer. I wanted to use my Nectar points but was unsure how to do it. Lovely female assistant did it all for me while her male colleague collected the printer. No waiting, no fuss.

Not very helpful when trying to get a refund on a fitbit watch refused a refund due to the box being opened. They said it was in the returns policy that they can?t take back any item that?s not in a sealed box I asked them where the return policy was at the point of purchase and it was placed on the side wall out of view of customers when it should of been placed by the check out. Will not be shopping at Argos again

Cold carrots on my daughter's food all day breakfast tasted like it had been sat under a hot plate and the Robinson juice was a bit bitter

Was staying at Travel Lodge just across the road and decided to have breakfast here. Firstly, we had to wait a while to be served. Understand there can be problems, and it would help if staff said we will be a few minutes instead of getting on sorting things before serving. When served, it was not the best customer service. However, breakfast was average, so three stars. Should have found an independent café instead.

when we arrived we had to wait till 11.30 before we could order food as they only have the breakfast menu till 11.30 well both myself and my friend ordered me fish and chips and my wife had Jacket Potatoe with cheese my friend also had fish and chips we waited for 40 minuites for our food to arrive at 12 40 when it arrived the food was cold the cheese on my wife's Potatoe was not melting the chips were cold and the fish was warm but not hot I had a word with the girl who brought the food to the table and she told me that the bottom of the plate was hot but instead of apologizing she said again that the food was hot well we asked for our money back and left disgusted with the way we were treated and will never eat there again we were made to feel it was our fault . lesson learnt. people who came after us were served first and I think our food was left served up but left to get cold instead of bringing it straight away

Waited 35minhutes. for a cold meal then the server argued that it was ok,had a refund thanks to a good supervisor but not impressed.

A good location out of the town centre and useful for picking up odd items when doing jobs around the home or collecting Chrissy shopping when doing the food shop. Service is usually quick and friendly

25 min queue to then be told when I got to the front at 2pm they sold out of roast dinners at midday. Other food would be a further 20 minute wait and to top it all I just ordered a drink as I had run out of time and she made it, left it behind the counter and served the next person leaving me standing there . I spoke to the manager who just apologised but no offer of compensation for tardy service . Disappointed in Sainsbury as not what you expect from them .

Buyer beware! Sell secondhand stock as new, had to refuse items because already opened. Will pretend they have Xbox Series X, take payment, then cancel your order. Some scamming people running Argos for sure.

Good service while purchasing items from here but if it is a faulty item they will not support to replace or refund and simply refuse to do anything even it is in 30 days guarantee. Very bad response by staff. Not supportive . Not recommended
