Service was terrible on August bank holiday food took a hour to arrive when it did I ordered spicy chicken wings arrive with 4 over done chicken nuggets I wanted to send it back but my partner did not want to make a fuss so disappointed as the restaurant was overlooking the river .spoilt our day

We decided to come here after hearing positive comments from a family member so we decided to come here for a family celebration. We booked a week in advance, gave a 50 pound deposit and also gave a list of the meals required thinking this would save time for the chef if he/she had prior notice of our meal choices. Poor service, such a shame. A fantastic location. Need more staff. Ordered a pie of the day and that's all you get. No trimmings or veg. If a little more thought about the customer it would be amazing
