Recently had two visits to The Red Lion. Sunday lunch and an evening meal and can’t fault a thing, plenty of choice and both meals cooked to perfection. Lovely atmosphere and brilliant service. Love having the Red Lion back in the village with perfect food, service and company, thank you to everyone there!

The Red Lion is a charming and traditional pub. It has a warm country atmosphere, original features, woodburners, cosy bar area, well spaced out dining areas, pool room, snug, a super beer garden & a friendly greeting for all. Dogs and children are very welcome. The perfect location for meeting friends and family, a game of pool or darts, a special occasion in our private dining room “The Lion’s Den” or just a quiet drink after work.
Head Chef Chris and our kitchen brigade will prepare delicious, seasonal and fresh food for you to enjoy with lots of local produce and a great set of daily specials to entice you. We have a sunny patio and garden overlooking fields – perfect for a sunny day plus a covered outdoor seating area in the Stables.
