Visited here as was in the area for a few days. It was a Sunday night so knew it would be quiet as we were the only two in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was ok but different to what we are used to down south. Korma a funny yellow, hard to explain but tasted ok. Massala very red like jam and so sweet. Also would be good to be told when booking that there is no alcohol here. Also nothing found on internet or on there leaflet advertising about it.

Chef prepared a proper home style chilli bhuna with very tasty pilau rice. The rice portion was a touch small but the flavour was gorgeous. The peshawar naan was a little colourful with the red sweet coconut filling and was excellent. The dahl was very soothing. Thankyou for a delicious meal

Another mouth watering experience last night at the Rasoi.Starts with a warm welcome followed by the most wonderful food, attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere.It really is a gem of a place that we love coming to.Book now, you'll not be disappointed.

Delicious takeaway last night from the Rasoi at Fromes Hill. Friends were amazed that we have such a great Indian restaurant on our doorstep. And very reasonable prices.

I have ordered takeaways from this restaurant many times and they were fantastic! Today, I dined inside as I fancied a change.I was given some delicious sauces with my starter and popadoms, the chicken masala was flavoured and tasted delicious.My main meal which was garlic naan bread and tandoori chicken masala with pilau rice tasted delicious as always (from experience with my takeaways) and the presentation of the food was amazing!Thank you Rasoi for the pleasant experience, will definitely do this again sometime!

As curry connoisseurs..... we were extremely impressed. We cannot fault this restaurant. Excellent Vindaloo and Tawa. Superb Saag Aloo. Fantastic portions. Great customer service over the phone and in person and wish we didn't live two hours away. Highly recommended to a superior Indian palette!

Great takeaway. Friendly staff. The food is great with a wide range. Portion sizes are more than adequate if not a little large for certain things. You definitely get good value for money, especially given the rural location
