We ordered food through the just eat app. We had not long got back from driving home from Blackpool and decided to have a takeaway instead of cooking. Order placed and we waited patiently for 55 minute estimat of our delivery. And hour later we were informed our order had been cancelled due to the driver not being able to find our address. We have never ever had a problem with delivery drivers finding us. Totally let down and left hungry. Luckily we managed to pop down to our local indian restaurant who after hearing what happened cooked and presented us with an excellent meal in 20 mins.
Moral of the story stick with what and who you know. I would never give this place my custom again

We spontaneously stopped off here during an evening walk this week and what a great decision it was! Bought a bottle of wine from Tesco next door and ordered the mid-week feast for £15.95 each (curry, veg side and rice or naan). Restaurant was clean, atmosphere relaxed and the staff friendly and attentive. The waiter helped by suggesting we could share the rice and veg dishes which meant we ordered a rice and naan and 2 different veg sides so had a great selection. The food was delicious, hot and arrived quickly. We rolled home very content and will definitely be back.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident involving your delivery service, which occurred on the 05-12-2024
Initially, your staff assured us that delivery to the Penny Hill area was possible. However, upon learning that the order was placed by a member of the travelling community, your employee subsequently denied service. This abrupt change in stance raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices, as it appears the decision was based solely on prejudice.
Fortunately, the conversation with your staff member was recorded, and it clearly documents the reason for denying the delivery. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable, and such actions may constitute a breach of the Equality Act 2010. As a result, we will be contacting Trading Standards to address this issue and ensure your practices are in compliance with the law.
