We sold our house through Romans last year and would like to say how Dan Fleming was an incredible help throughout the whole process. We managed to sell our house much quicker than we anticipated which I believe is down to Dan knowing the right people to show and market the house to. He was always quick to respond and would go out of his way to help us with anything. He would also check in with us to see how things were progressing and was updating us without prompts. Overall a very professional experience and we would highly recommend Dan and Romans Yateley if you?re looking to sell.

Recently sold our property with Romans in yateley and the experience was outstanding, Dan Fleming and the guys in the office are professional and listen to buyers and match their requirements to what is on offer. We sold our 5 bed property quite quickly . Our experience with another agent in the village was not good despite being on their books for 6 months with very few viewings and no offers, Romans managed to find a buyer within a couple of months. Once the offer had been accepted Catherine Mcnicholas took over as our home mover and she was incredible, always available when I called and kept me in the loop unlike the solicitors but they are another story . Would highly recommend Romans yateley as number one estate agents in Yateley

I can?t recommend Romans Estate Agents in Yateley enough. After previously trying to sell my house through another local high street estate agent, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication/care. They didn?t keep me updated or provide any useful feedback, which left me feeling frustrated and left with no real game plan as to how we were going to achieve a sale.
Thankfully, I decided to give Romans a try, and the experience was completely different. From the start, Dan and Chris were incredibly professional and attentive. I told them the figure I would accept, but they really went above and beyond to secure not only the best price but the buyer in the best position to move. They organised multiple viewings around the same time, and ultimately achieved a higher sale price than I ever expected.
The level of service and communication from Dan and Chris was outstanding throughout the entire process. If you?re looking for an estate agent that delivers results and takes the time to understand what is most important to you as a customer, Romans is the place to go!
