Being a woman can leave you feeling vulnerable when it comes to this kind of stuff but please be assured that Mell, Matt and the team are honest, reliable and will really look after you.My clutch went on a Saturday morning and while being hooked up to an AA van I was calling around garages for quotes and availability in panic. One garage plucked a figure out of the air. Another told me it’s probably more than just the clutch and would likely need another part which they would quote me for another day but told me to bring it to them anyway as i had no choice.Then the lovely Matt at Yateley MOT answered the phone, reassured me when he could hear the upset in my voice and gave me an instant and very reasonable quote. It was 11am and Matt informed me that they closed at 12 but they kindly stayed open later to wait for me to get towed in.Mell was there to check in and reassured me that they would get it sorted in a week or so. She was friendly and welcoming and I instantly felt at ease.Monday morning I had a call to confirm it was the clutch and the quote given was accurate.Tuesday morning Mell called to say it was all done as they stayed late Monday night to fix it and the MOT was also done (I had requested).Mell then offered to drop the car back to my house the same day to save me going to get it!!Oh and there is even an interest free payment plan offered just to put you at even more ease when times are tough.I cannot thank Mell and the team enough for the outstanding service they have given me. This is not the first time they have helped me at short notice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Finding an honest, reliable and friendly garage is hard to come by these days, but I promise you will not be let down by these guys.Thank you Mell ❤️”
