As many others have said, the customer service is well below par. Customers are left waiting without any acknowledgement. I get they are busy, but ?I?ll be with you soon? is all that is required. There is an amazing independent pharmacy in Yateley where nothing is too much trouble. I know where I?ll be going in future!

The worst pharmacy I?ve ever had the displeasure of going too. The staff are rude, waiting times are ridiculous, prescriptions are never ready on time. Something needs to change as it?s been like this for a while now.

Worse than hopeless, have let us down on numerous occasions. I used to have my prescriptions sent directly to Boots but have switched now to the independent chemist in Yateley who is professional and helpful. Strongly advise if you need prescriptions filled in a timely and efficient manner you avoid this hellhole. .

Complete shambles. First time using them after waiting 30 minutes to be told to come back the next day as the pharmacist was on lunch, they lost the prescription. The second time we waited days for a prescription and then they gave us a pres with someone else's name on it and when we flagged this were told they didn't have ours and we would have to wait until the end of the day. Every time I am in there people are walking out complaining. Never seen anything like it in a pharmacy

The staff are very rude, no care or customer service at all. I would advise to ignore this place at all cost. My prescription was sent to them on a Monday, they kept refusing to complete it, two days later, I was still waiting for my prescription. I then went in to purchase something that I can only get from a pharmacy and it took 40 whole agonising minutes for them to serve me as they were being so slow and not trying to help anyone who was in front of me in the queue.

Honestly the rudest and most unhelpful Boots that I?ve ever been in! It makes you wonder why some people go into a customer service role when they clearly have very little warmth or caring personality. No acknowledgement to customers waiting (ignored), a constant sour face, blunt, rude, unhelpful - a very unpleasant experience!

Abysmal service?. Second time I?ve had to leave due to the staff just ignoring people stood there. First time there were 3 staff behind the counter and no one else in there and they just walked past me without even an acknowledgment for about 3 mins.I understand that not all of them will be working the counter but seriously some manners even to just say we won?t be a minute wouldn?t cost . ?

Specific staff are very grumpy which makes the experience unpleasant, I would only go to collect my prescriptions out of convenience - of which they?ve frequently mis-communicated with me meaning my prescriptions aren?t ready - having been told they are.

This place should not be operating. You go during "opening hours" and it's randomly shut.You go after seeing the doctor (several hrs) to collect your prescription and it's not ready. They tell you to come back later so you do and it's still not ready. You have to queue to be told it's not ready then queue again when returning.Sometimes they can't even find your prescription so you have to call up the doctors again.There is never enough staff to cope with customers.It's a shambles, I don't know what is going on in this place but it isn't efficient.Sure you can waste some time in Waitrose next door but that isnt the point.

Moved to them for repeat prescriptions when in store in sainsburys chemist closed. Very unfriendly staff, never text when prescriptions ready and when I go there they don?t have the prescription made up. I?m not being a moaney Myrtle for the sake of it I actually work in retail. I?m changing chemists

Why is both Branches in yateley HampshireSaying they are open on the Web site But when you go to ethier branch they are closed. As they left one lot of tablets of my repeat prescription.

This is a busy pharmacy and it unfortunately shows itself in staff that can *sometimes* be unengaged with customers.Often feel like I'm bothering them and I'm a hassle to be there, collecting a prescription.Not sure why they have a paying counter to the right of the store as it's never used, but would be great if it was. It would let people who want to buy something from the main shelves get in and out quickly, and then the prescriptions can be dealt with separately.Because of the queueing time, I often go next door to Waitrose to buy toiletries and general medicines like lemsip.

Absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable pharmacist. Disappointed with some info given by one member staff on occasion, otherwise lovely staff.
