As many others have said, the customer service is well below par. Customers are left waiting without any acknowledgement. I get they are busy, but “I’ll be with you soon” is all that is required. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of going too. The staff are rude, waiting times are ridiculous, prescriptions are never ready on time. Something needs to change as it’s been like this for a while now.

Worse than hopeless, have let us down on numerous occasions. I used to have my prescriptions sent directly to Boots but have switched now to the independent chemist in Yateley who is professional and helpful. Strongly advise if you need prescriptions filled in a timely and efficient manner you avoid this hellhole. .
