A beautiful old English pub but the lady who owns/runs it, ruined the entire experience!! Never experienced a more miserable woman, every request or drink was an effort. And our children, who were well behaved, were made to feel like an inconvenience and made unwelcome. Very disappointing that such a beautiful pub was ruined by a rude landlady. Why own a pub when you aren?t interested in customer service?
