I celebrated a family meet up @ Christmas in Winchester. I was disappointed as I have dietary requirements & can't eat carbs. Unfortunately I was looking forward to the calamares and they had ran out. All I could eat was a salad which was pretty standard & expensive. I wanted to drink half a larger shandy, instead I was charged for a bottle of larger and a bottle of lemonade! It was very expensive! I won't eat there again unless they are more accommodating!

Leah, Izzy and tallulah served us on New Year?s Day for my birthday, they were amazing, they put candles in my pudding, gave us a love heart on the table and even gave us a drink on the house! So cute! We?ve been to Winchester zizis so many times, and we?ve seen these girls loads and they?re always working so hard and are so kind.
And I won?t forget about the chefs! The food never misses!
Thankyou for a really really great experience girls, you were all great :)
Dietary restrictions: They always take my allergy really seriously and I know I?m safe to eat here, the team are great at accommodating me

Vegan food selection was good, but could be better.

Had a lovely dinner, starter and main pizza filled me up and I had no more space for the dessert. We had no booking on Saturday evening and there was a table with no waiting time. Service was quick and I couldn't ask for more!

Winchester is a pretty little town with a surprising number of attractions, whether it's the Mayor Hall right by the train station or the many historic facades from the late Middle Ages. Anyone who has an eye for such rare and beautiful architectural gems will get their money's worth here.

Lovely meal at Zizzis.
Tom was our waiter and I can?t fault the service he gave us. Very knowledgeable about the menu and nothing was too much trouble.

A group of 12 of us arrived for a family Xmas meal before the theatre. We arrived early to let them know we?d need to be I and out quite quickly and they shared that they were very short staffed and couldn?t promise that. When we did arrive later, the service was great despite some of the menu options not being available, we got the food very quickly and only 1 meal was cold but this was rectified really quickly! Many thanks!!

Zizzi was a bit disappointing today. I cannot complain about the food as that was excellent. Unfortunately the service was very slow. When we arrived the place was busy and we waited about 20 minutes for our drinks and 40 minutes for our starter which were garlic bombs. By this stage of the afternoon the place was starting to empty and the rush was over, but we still waited more than 30 minutes for our main meals, spag boll and pizza. I do not think that our waitress had timed starters and main meals correctly. The other thing I was surprised about is that after the 4 tables around me had left, there were not cleaned of plates, drinks for over 30 minutes.

Nice restaurant but a few too many kids running around for me.
Our waiter Tom was great - very helpful and communicative and dealt with a busy section well.
