Baring in mind they are a charity run by volunteers its an amazing service. Please dont think youre the only one with problems and they have to answer the phone within 10 seconds...

Didn't answer. Nor did AA. I'll just have to do this alone. It' not a joke feeling like this. I've exhausted everything that was alive. I've got some advice though; talk to your mates. It's probably too late for me now but you can make something of yourself if you get thet courage to talk x
