Travelled from Bournemouth to click and collect a book that wasn't available anywhere closer! The person serving was very friendly.. But he did spend a lot of time talking to the person in front of me in the queue about books which left me waiting for a while to be served. But it was nice to see friendly interactions and staff showing a genuine interest in customers.

Friendly and efficient staff. The store is easily accessible with the car park underneath and access to a lift from the car park.
So many wonderful gift ideas not just books. I highly recommend Waterstones in the brooks.

A brilliant Waterstones! With a raised section at the back there's a huge collection and great reviews. I ended up spending £50 more than I initially planned and even then the clerk who took my payment nearly persuaded me to buy more! (I didn't catch her name but I went around 11:30 on Wednesday)

Came in with my child, staff were super helpful, guided us to what we needed and stood talking about the book series for a while and also made other suggestions on good reads.

I never got the cashiers name but they sold me some Moomin wrapping paper months ago and my life has been significantly better since thank you Waterstones cashier !
