Say the gentleman that tested, my husband?s eyes was fine. He was okay, sorted them out but the girl dealt with him. My husband shouldn?t got a clue what she was doing and now we got the glasses and she hasn?t fitted them properly and we?ve got to go back again and the first pair of glasses she gave him. She said all these your distinct glasses and they were his reading glasses. I mean my God it?s ridiculous and we got them from the Tesco?s in Winchester

Manners cost nothing, the old guy who works here is an arrogant ****.. He needs to learn how to deal with his staff and the public respectfully. Go elsewhere.

Some rude old man turned me away when I was late for my appointment. I do understand that I can't be accommodated as I was 15 minutes late due to traffic, and I know I cannot make any excuses for that. However how he said NO to his member of staff who is a really lovely lady and how he said they only have a grace period of 5 minutes put me off. It could have been communicated better. They offered to rebook me but I won't come back here again as there is such lack of empathy and acquire services from somewhere else.

My trip to the opticians, I was very anxious as from a child I have had to see the opticians regularly as I had a gun pellet ricashad into my eye. This was my first experience at Winchester. They made me feel very at ease and the examination was very thorough and I will visit them again in the future.

The Staff Member Jonathan who met me was very welcoming and personable whilst presenting as extremely professional. The Optometrist who tested my sight was equally as professional and personable. The Tesco Winnall Branch of Vision Express in Winchester is one of the best I've been to.It will be interesting to see who you replace Ikano Bank with as a finance option when purchasing lenses and frames.
