Stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location, basic rooms and friendly receptionist. Can't fault it, met our needs and it was more than perfect for us.Wish parking was included but Chesil Car park sorted us for £7.70 for 24h.

I was here for two days. I don't know exactly how good the room service is, but it seems fine. Good comfortable rooms. Loved it here, plus it is at the best place near townhall.Rooms: Rooms are the best part here. Lightings, bathroom, tv. Just great. Peace!Nearby activities: Near is the townhall. And Indian Restaurant named Gandhi which is awesome. Plus nearby you can go to McD as well.Food & drinks: Must try muffins here.

Standard Travelodge, great location and good as a spot to rest your head after a day out! Check in staff were friendly and quick. Room was clean and decent enough for somewhere to stay for the night! Only complaint I'd have is the room was over the high street so was flooded with light even with the curtains

During my stay at Travelodge, I found the accommodation to be reliably clean and comfortable. The rooms were neat and provided a pleasant space to relax, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms and toilets, though standard in their design, were maintained well and met all expectations in terms of cleanliness and functionality. There were no faults or issues to report; everything worked as it should, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. While not extravagant, the reliability and cleanliness made me content and satisfied with my choice.It's also within walking distance to the cathedral and there are many shops just behind the hotel. I would recommend parking at the Chesil multi storey car park as it's cheaper than the one the hotel recommends. Or the Tower multi storey car park but it's a lot further walking distance. If you're looking for a straightforward and dependable place to stay, Travelodge fits the bill perfectly.

Decent little hotel in a great location. Reaching the hotel was very difficult due to the Christmas market. Find a cheaper car park than the one they recommended, better to use the multi storey down the road and walk a bit. Service was lovely, extra pillows on request. Room was scruffy but it was cheap so can't complain too much!

Do NOT stay here. The gym next door start blasting awful music at full volume from 6am. It?s a joke. Sleep ruined.

Travel lodge is a travel lodge. We found this place down a dim lit street with no signage telling us where it was. Even Google maps didn't know we're it was. The room smelled of wet dogs and cigarettes. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn't sleep and had a long drive ahead of us. We were left waiting by the security doors 10 minutes before we were buzzed in. When directed to the parking lot it was not free as the young lady had said. We told the girl this and she just said oh. We had a little emergency which we sorted quickly, Both girls at reception found this amusing. We usually use Travelodge a lot but think we will be changing
