Absolutely shocking service. I went in to get a watch battery changed and the guy working was so grumpy and rude. The customer in front of me also left after receiving a terrible service and conversation with him about a guarantee. After one look at my watch, he said he didn't know how to change the battery, even though I explained that it had the instructions in the box and I had a lifetime battery replacement plan with Timpson's. He was so rude and left me feeling so disappointed I even went in to ask for help.

I received the same "service" as the other one star reviewers on here from this objectionable, bald old employee. Everything was too much trouble. My advice: stay away - an encounter with this creature will not brighten your day. Go to the Timpson kiosk at Tesco Portchester instead - the guy there is great.

I have had the most awful experience at this branch of Timpsons. I have been waiting months now for a problem with new car keys not fitting to be rectified. I keep getting fobbed off with excuses and when I went in on Thursday, he was rude and aggressive. I really was quite shocked. I don?t want to go back there to speak to him again. He has my £30 and I have keys that don?t work.For a company that prides itself on its customer service, it would seem that they need to start taking notice of all the terrible reviews.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very happy with my experience last week. Was served by a friendly and approachable member of staff who chatted to my two young children and was more than happy to help. I left feeling valued and will certainly return again. It?s such a shame there are people leaving false reviews as it couldn?t be further from the truth.

Very unhelpful,they don't even know what services they are providing ? I visit three shops for only Chek if they are doing passport photos, but no-one no why on the shop advertising children passport phots and no even any shop have photo stodue.

Rip off the guy here today very very RUDE, took double the amount of money for just one key worth just £8. Extremely abusive man working there; I'm not easily scared, but he did it this morning. All because I asked when my key might be ready after 3 weeks of waiting. He was very intimidating.

Passport photo taken unprofessional and rude. It's waste time and money.I had the passport photo taken here few days ago but couldn't pass the check for application. I went back to ask refund today and the staff brusquely said it has to be retaken but couldn't do it because no Internet and came back on Friday which was two days after today. No way, the Internet would be down two days in their business. Just an excuse, try to make difficult for you. I will never go back again.

Very rude man behind the counter at Timpson Tesco Winchester, who was extremely unhelpful. Went to Sainsbury?s Timpson instead where a charming man helped me instead.

Popped into Timpson earlier today to get some links removed from my Apple Watch strap, I was very impressed with the service I received, starting with the man in the shop coming and opening the door, making it easy for me to get into the premises in my wheelchair, he also treated me as a human being which is quite rare for a disabled person as he spoke to me rather than my mum who was also with me., he checked how many links I needed removing, and then checked again to make sure that the strap fitted how I wanted it to (which it did). If I need anything done in the future that this branch of Timpson can assist with I will definitely go there first.

Very kindly fitted 3 of us in for passport photos not long before shutting. Good banter. I found the personal information as you went in an excellent way to break the ice as we had some things in common. So kind to my children as well on National Kindness Day. I will be going back.
