Called into this shop, approx 1030 Saturday 20th August. Enquired about 8 hole shoe requiring new laces. Was shown a set of laces. When I asked another question, the response I got was "I have told you, read the guidance at the back of the laces, otherwise you will be here all day" never in my life have I met someone as rude. Disgusting manners.

Really great customer service, the gents that worked there were really chatty and friendly.
I'm always worried about taking my beloved boots to somewhere new to get repaired as I'm pretty attached to them but being new to the area I couldn't take them to my old shoe repair shop. I must say they were repaired beautifully I will be coming back here again, Thank you!!

Absolutely appalling customer service! Walked into the shop and the young tattooed guy working there was sat out the back with the door open on a chair.
I called for assistance and he just shouted back 'What can I do for you' - I called again and he bothered himself to lean forward and ask again what I wanted. I asked whether my boots could be re-heeled whilst I waited - I was told in no uncertain terms that I would need to go away for half an hour - I asked if I could wait as I needed to catch a bus at which point I was told that the job would take no more than 10 minutes but I would still need to leave the shop whilst it was done as the guy didn't want to feel under pressure and then do a bad repair!!!!!!!!
I think that someone needs to go on a customer care course - would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone.
