They do not listen especially when you tell them when you are away and come back they still charge you for roaming data and other companies do it from the day you leave to go there to the day you come back not impressed with that but the phone is good

Dealing with Cliff today in the High Street shop in Winchester was first class. An excellent service was provided. I took a new WiFi router home & was up & running in absolutely no time.

Lovely experience, Connor and James took great care of us. James showed us all the different options and sizes of the phones and explained the differences. Let us know about the different deals and additions we could get. Overall, a very pleasant experience, left the shop happy and well informed about what we were getting.

After having sim card issues for a while I popped in as my phone stopped working. Jack was outstanding, fixed my SIM card for no charge and even managed to save me money on my contract! Highly recommend

Fantastic team who know their craft and helped me restore my eSIM after it got lost during a transfer between 2 iPhones while abroad. They really-really know what they are doing and don?t shrug and give up until everything has been tried for you.
The Three online support is so bad we need a new word meaning ?abysmalest? but this team are fantastic.

I visited the Three store in Winchester this morning with my partner and baby. Blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Connor. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. He patiently listened to our needs, offered clear and tailored advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Connor went above and beyond, ensuring that we left the store feeling confident and satisfied with our choices. It?s rare to find such personalised, high-quality service, and I can?t recommend Connor at Three highly enough. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Went into the store yesterday to look at the Z flip 5 phone, they didn?t have it out on display but James the sales advisor went upstairs and found an old demo for me to look at. He was so so helpful and friendly! No question was too much for him to answer and his sales techniques weren?t forceful at all! He was aware that we were just looking and I was still in contract but didn?t par me off! He made my overall experience in the store really good! ? He did enough to make me want to change network ??

When my old Three contract expired 4 months ago, Kyle set up my new Three contract to my complete satisfaction. Again today, I got outstanding service from Kyle. I had a couple of queries and Kyle answered them to my complete satisfaction. He was as friendly, respectful, efficient, effective and professional today as he was on the previous occasion 4 months ago.
I also got outstanding customer service from Connor a couple of months ago. I had a technical query and Connor recommended me to contact Three's Customer Services team directly because it could not be answered in the shop, only Three's Technical Services team could answer it.
So I contacted Three's Customer Services team and Emily and Chloe in that team helped me enormously by liaising very efficiently and effectively between me and their Technical Services team.
I really appreciate all the help from Kyle, Connor, Emily and Chloe, they are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, polite, intelligent and down-to-earth.
