As we walked in with our son in a buggy a member of staff welcomed us by saying your child looks exhausted. We had a quick browse and as we were approaching the front on the store the same person said ?goodbye? while we were still looking at something. I don?t know why you put negative staff at the entrance of the store. I don?t care if you think my child is tired or messy or anything else - you don?t know anything about me or my child and it?s none of your business!!

A brilliant store with lovely staff. All staff helpful and really informative. I was hesitant at first that a lot of the items I wanted I had to order for delivery, but this was actually perfect. Arrived 2 days later with clear postage and very well protected. Great experience and business model.

Friendly polite staff. Quality clothing, classic styles - one of my favourite stores to browse. My regular store for candles, accessories and jeans. Knitwear this season very good.

Expensive but good quality products. I especially love their hand and body lotion as they?re very luxurious and rich. Staff has always been helpful and friendly to me. The store has two levels. I?ve not gone upstairs yet but plan on checking it out soon. The sizing is American.

I love everything in this store. It does great home products such as throes, candles and diffusers. There is also a good size selection of clothing and although it?s quite pricey, it is really good quality and the colours and styles are timeless.They also have a great kids selection upstairs which is perfect for newborn gifts etc.Really great service here too. Not at all pushy.

Went to purchase bed linen for my new Super Kingsize bed and the sales assistant, Phoebe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the types of cotton count and what eould be best suited. Love White Company for both clothes and bed linen abd accsssories. Definitely be going back.
