Recently moved to this area and I have visited this Tesco express on numerous occasions and on each occasion I am greeted with a warm hello good morning can I help you? I use a mobility scooter and they assist me through the store if necessary they thoughtfully come to my aid when I can?t reach an item I wish to buy and when at the till they are patient to take my items and I don?t feel rushed I don?t recognise the other reviews. Certainly not what I experienced. It is a pleasure to shop there. The staff are exceptional and whilst shopping, I overhear them speaking to other shoppers and they?re being treated equally the same as myself thank you Tesco express

EVRI parcel service depends on the mood of the employees, more than once they rejected my parcel because they already had "too many"! Bakery not available and when I asked they did not provide any explanation. Staff is rude and seem to dislike working there. Very expensive as well.

The staffs are very rude, they refused to take my Evri parcel by saying the bag is full. I never encountered this and never heard about bag issues in other Evri shops. This is not the customer's fault, it's their fault they should manage about the bags. When they have Evri service then they should provide the service. They should not return the customers with the excuse. I can't keep coming and it is so frustrating and time consuming to come back next day since I work full time.

I am so disappointed with the Evri service at this Tesco. More often than not, I am unable to send parcels. Usually the machine to print the labels is broken. Today I thought I?d be clever by printing my own labels at home, then got to the shop to be told ?sorry the bags are full?, and was told to go to another store or come back later. No I can?t - it?s not very easy with my toddler to keep driving around all the Tesco branches. This is so frustrating. Tried to call the shop to complain but the line cut out.

Went down to check if my Evri parcel can be accepted. I was asked about the measurements and weight and was confirmed that they can take it. 10 (!!!) minutes later brought the parcel and was refused saying they have only a bag (!!!!) which they can fill. Machine didn't work for weeks to return orders, they don't seem to really care about it. Staff totally unprofessional, rude, unhelpful.

Since changing staff they have become so rude. I was a regular customer. I never get a hello or good bye or a smile. And as for having Evri. If you can?t take the parcels at least out a sign up. They man watched me print off label and queue up. he said ?not taking parcels ?I said why. ?He?s not been?. I said it?s a small packet it needs to go today. Nope not taking it. What a rude man

Popped in for lunch as was on course nearby. Has everything you need in here. Meal deals are here as well as costa coffee machine. Parking is to the side of the Tesco express and bakery. Free parking.

Helpful staff, ATM and postbox outside. Great location for locals with bakery, Indian restaurant takeaway, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and garage all on the same parade of shops.

Was in earlier today (19/7)... every customer who was in there was wearing a mask. Girl behind till wasn't, but was behind screen. For anyone who feels vulnerable, this shop felt as safe as before freedom day...
