The pharmacy staff work hard, on their feet all day, helping unwell customers with health queries, must be accurate time after time, they're very good at Tesco Easton Lane.

Would refuse to serve me my heart medication because they closed 15 minutes ago (4pm) even though google opening hours says till 6 on bank holidays. All staff were standing there so they could have just given me my tablets. This is unacceptable and an absolute joke. Now on the phone to 111 wasting their precious time getting an emergency prescription so my health isn?t affected by the staff?s incompetency.

Not only do the prices remain the same here, but also the staff are warm, friendly and efficient. I had the personal misfortune of leaving my card in the card reader earlier today and luckily it was handed it into Customer Services immediately. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff and also to the lovely customers who shop there and whom possibly handed it in. For me personally Tesco is now a much better place in which to shop. Thank you to all!!! ????

They never answer the phone so don't bother calling. Called six times over several hours - did this two days in a row and they literally never answered the phone.

Shocking pharmacy. They gave my daughter?s prescription away to someone else so I ran out of her milk. No apology just said it was an emergency prescription. Had to drive around the whole of Winchester to find 1 tin of her milk, and they never answer the phone even though when you go there they are all stood around chatting.

Rude staff, never answer calls, claim to always be busy when 3 members of staff are instead chatting round the the back counter rather than working.
Since the staff change service has gone to the toilet.

Woman in 50s with puffy brown hair and clear glasses is horrible. Insanely rude and should not be working in customer service! Secretly charged me extra for a extra large pack of paracetamol when I never asked for it and hid it in bag. When asked to remove it she said 'well it's too late now'. Horrible woman and very condescending.

Cannot believe the attitudes of some of the staff members. They are incredibly rude.

What a great team at Tesco, Winnall! Needed some urgent meds for family member. Boots said they couldn't do it for four days, here they managed to have it all ready in 30mins. Thank you for being so helpful, efficient and understanding. Best pharmacy I've ever used. ?

They do not accept NHS111 emergency prescriptions. Went today, had no record of me and walked off. Where do they find these people. In a&e Winchester now waiting to get a new inhaler.

Absolutely no concept of customer service. Tried on three occasions to buy an off the shelf medicine but no one was prepared to come to the counter inspite of the fact that there were more the three people working there, hiding round the back. Why are these people still employed?

Took 20 minutes to collect a prescription that was put on last week. 3 staff on and three customers. Pharmacy also needs a good clean. Just avoid and go elsewhere, especially with the time restrictions on the carpark.

Moved to Tesco for regular prescriptions from Boots and I?ve found them really helpful and pleasant. Sad to see negative reviews. So many places have shut recently they are dealing with far more people!
