Always a good and friendly place and service when I come here. Most of the time they have the stuff I need. Good prices definitely when items are on clubcard points.

Tesco in general are completely and utterly useless in terms of support. I tried 4 different numbers to get in touch with the Tesco Mobile Shop in store, about 4 times each number and it just rings terminally and eventually you get cut off. Absolutely pointless. I end up having to drive there to speak with someone for a 2 minute conversation. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dreadful bordering on non existent customer/technical support! Outsourced to a call centre that can't stray beyond reading from a yes/no flow chart. My phone (IMO Q4 Pro 2021) failed within less than 4 months of light usage and after the usual raft of stalling tactics. 'mast issued/updates' and a wasted journey for an in-store "repair' that failed less than 24 hours later, I'm still left without a phone yet expected to pay my monthly contract fee!

If it weren't for this place being so conveniently located, I think I would have starved during my stay. They have all the basic necessities and stock a good amount of liquor and crisps.

I think Tescos in general is getting poorer and poorer. There was one time I brought two chicken pies in a packet, took it home and kept it in the fridge. Took one out to eat, it was fine, then another day when to take the other one out, it only contained the shell of the pie and no filling! I was very disappointed, so the next day I took it back and explained it to them and got a refund for it. Another time, I brought a butternut squash and it wasn't over dated till the next day, cut it in half and inside was all grey and disgusting. I really do think there products are getting worser by the day. I don't know where they get there products from, but its not good or fresh either. If I could shop any where besides Tesco, then I would.
