I order a meal and only 2 out of the 3 items that were delivered and when I called the store on 9th December 2024 the man that we spoke to on the phone was obscenely rude and said ?I don?t know what you want me to do about that?. So rude and I think there needs to be some training in customer service and being polite.

Came in for a footlong meal after a night out. Sub was good but the customer service was poor, place was filthy and the woman serving had no gloves on and touched my cookie with her bare hands then handled cash. Won?t be returning.

During my visit, I had a troubling experience. My meal was lukewarm, it wasn't prepared at the right temperature, and there was strong odor coming from my food, it may have been spoiled. The staff was disinterested and when I raised my concerns about the food I was met with rude responses. The service of this Subway has gone unprofessional in recent weeks.

Subway used to be a handy place for a take out coffee. Sadly, the service has gone down hill in recent weeks. I'm not sure what the young girl thought she was handing me this morning, but it wasn't latte. Sad. ?

The girl who worked there today was completely incompetent. Made an utter mess of my sandwich, left it cold and falling apart. Seemed completely spaced out and didn't have a brain cell firing in that head of hers. Might have been high. When I complained she just stared at me blankly with a gormless expression. Hopeless.

Constantly have to deal with incompetent staff every time I visit. They seem to have had no training around the Subway app and continuously refuse vouchers, claim they can't redeem my points, and refuse to recognise deals that are there on the official Subway app in black and white. Seems to have been the case since the refurb, the place has really gone downhill in line with Subway in general.
