I order a meal and only 2 out of the 3 items that were delivered and when I called the store on 9th December 2024 the man that we spoke to on the phone was obscenely rude and said ‘I don’t know what you want me to do about that’. So rude and I think there needs to be some training in customer service and being polite.

Came in for a footlong meal after a night out. Sub was good but the customer service was poor, place was filthy and the woman serving had no gloves on and touched my cookie with her bare hands then handled cash. Won’t be returning.
