I have been coming to this branch of Starbucks for 8 years now and the consistency in the quality of the drinks made, and the customer service from staff, is truly excellent.
No-one is perfect but for me the efforts this team makes to rectify a bitter tasting coffee is outstanding. Politely and kindly speak to a team member and they will gladly help you; this is much better than leaving and then posting a bad review on here.
I can whole-heartedly say that team members in this branch make the effort to get to know each and every customer who returns. Starbucks as a whole is generally good with this, but the team here is amazing.
There are for me some team members who stand above the rest, and to them I wish to say thank you as I now move to a different city. Thank you to: Louise, Kiara, Maddy, Alex, Sue, Steph, Sylvia and Korts. You are each particularly wonderful team members who make awesome coffee and always make me feel welcome. Especially Louise who has a heart of solid gold.

What is up with both Costa and Starbucks serving stale croissants?? Coffee is great and the staff is lovely but the croissants are appalling.
