Was genuinely ok only thing was texted to pick up glasses, when doing so one pair wasn't ready so had to go back so maybe worth a phone call to make sure they have all your glasses before picking up

Had my annual diabetic eye test with your nice Australian optician recently. He told me that the glasses I had been struggling with for a year was because the prescription was too strong. This was from another optician in another town and it was such a relief to know. Now I have my new glasses with Mark's? prescription the difference is amazing and I am very pleased with them. The lady made the necessary adjustments to them on collection so a good service all round.

Superb experience in Winchester, as always, which keeps me returning. Far exceeding the experience I have received in the past from my local branch. The travel and additional expense to park is well worth it - staff are welcoming, professional and provide excellent information and advice. This especially important when you have a rare and complex chronic neurological condition like myself.
